Our design transforms a tired and dated 1980s detached development house by completely redesigning the front and gable elevations. Gone are the faux roman columns forming the open porch over the front door and wide windows along with the red brick to the ground floor and the rolled red tiles on the roof. In their place the ground floor walls are replastered and painted an elegant grey complemented by a polished stone surround tothe front door that extends to the eaves highlighting the entrance. The roof is now finished with slate and the window openings have been reformed with a vertical emphasis which maintains light levels and increases privacy within the principal living spaces.

Reasons for A Makeover
1. Improved Curb Appeal: A timeless classic look can significantly enhance the curb appeal of your house. It can make your home stand out and can be particularly beneficial if you plan to sell your house in the future.

2. Increased Property Value: Upgrading the facade can potentially increase the value of your property. A well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing exterior is often seen as a reflection of the overall condition of the house.

3. Better Energy Efficiency: If the facade upgrade includes improvements like better insulation or new windows, it can lead to increased energy efficiency. This can help reduce your energy bills and make your home more environmentally friendly.

4. Maintenance and Durability: Classic designs often involve the use of durable materials that can withstand the test of time. This can reduce long-term maintenance costs.

5. Personal Satisfaction: Last but not least, transforming the facade of your house can provide personal satisfaction. Living in a home that reflects your personal style and taste can enhance your overall quality of life.
