MICA – Enhanced Defective Concrete Blocks Grant Scheme July 2023
If you are a homeowner or landlord whose property has been affected by defective concrete blocks, you may be eligible for the Enhanced Defective Concrete Blocks Grant Scheme. The Enhanced Scheme has replaced the previous scheme and aims to assist homeowners and landlords, whose property have been impacted and affected by the presence of defective blocks, to have their houses made good or totally rebuilt. If you wish to apply for the grant the first thing you need to do is to enage a competent building professional to inspect your house and to prepare a Building Condition Assessment. As registered architects our staff are qualified to provide this service.
