The retro styling is further emphasised by 4 pane sash windows, slate roofing, smooth render, and the distinctive timber porch screen that highlights the front door. The house has in curtilage parking and is set back from the footpath and road by a generous garden that wraps around the entire house.
The Townhouse is an immaculately presented family home offering comfortable and generously proportioned rooms. Entering the front door via the vestibule, the living room and separate sitting room lie on the right-hand side of the central hallway with the kitchen and dining room on the left. A utility room and ground floor wc is located at the end of the hallway. The living room overlooks the back garden with direct access via patio door. Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms including a master bedroom with ensuite and a large bathroom.
